will like to present you with a technical preview of my game engine


I have spend the last 14 month creating a Game Engine codename : A ray of light 

This game engine is soon ready for release . 3-4 weeks from now

All XNA Developers will been enable to download and build there next Title on it.


What you about to see in this demo.

It is not a game. - it Is the best render in the universe

Are you ready for some realtime raytracing

You will been given some flight controls where you can fly around in the world

and studdy the render upclose and search for render bugs.

Fixed some problems in the depthbuffer

Now running on 3 cores

Some Facts about the demo

There are no Normal,emissive,Specular,bump,height maps used on the terrain only  a 3 diffuse map and one megatexture.

On the rocks there are used one diffuse and one normal map.

On the vegetations there are only one diffuse maps

On the statues there are used one diffuse and one normal map

On the temple there are used one diffuse and one normal

On the water are used one Normal,Heightmap,foam map

All gemoerty are not group together into a single mesh

The demo used 156 drawcalls

 All the lightning and shadows is calculated  100% Realtime. 

 

The engine runs on a  forward render pipeline
